Tryptone, also known as casein tryptone or pancreatic digest of casein, is a light yellow powder derived from the digestion of fresh beef and beef bones by pancreatic enzymes, followed by concentrated and dried. The product is characterized by good physical properties such as light color, good solubility, transparency, and lack of precipitate. Our product is also rich in nitrogen sources and amino acids, which can be used for various microbial culture media preparations.

Tryptone is suitable for the cultivation, isolation, proliferation, and identification of bacteria, as well as for preparing sterile testmedia, anaerobic bacteria media, and other biochemical test media for bacteria.

What are the main factors that influence the maximum centrifugal acceleration force?

The RCF (relative centrifugal force) or G ratings for our disposable centrifuge tubes have been established at room temperature using tubes filled to nominal capacity with water and centrifuging for 30 minutes. recommended carriers, adapters, and cushions that fully support the tubes. If an angle head rotor is used or proper support is not provided, G values will be lower.
Do not confuse speed or revolutions per minute (RPM) with relative centrifugal force (RCF). Instructions for centrifuging a sample at a given RPM and time are incomplete unless the rotor or radius is specified. Protocols should always state the time and RCF value for centrifuging a sample.
