Characteristic

The Penicillin-Streptomycin Solution mixture is the most commonly used antibiotic for preventing microbial contamination in in vitro culture and is often formulated into a

mother liquor with a concentration of 100 times for use. Among them, penicillin can interfere with the synthesis of bacterial cell walls and is particularly effective against Gram-positive bacteria. And streptomycin can. It can bind to the 30S subunit of bacterial ribosomes, inhibit the synthesis of bacterial proteins, and is effective against Gram-negative bacteria and leather. It is effective against all Gram-negative bacteria, but particularly against Gram

negative bacteria. The combined use of penicillin and streptomycin can prevent the vast majority of

bacterial contamination.
Usage method: This product is prepared with water for injection and undergoes sterilization treatment through a 0.1μm filtration process. Recommended working concentration: 50-100 units of penicillin, 50-100μg of streptomycin. After complete tha wing, add it to the cell culture medium at a maximum volume ratio of 1:100.

Storage conditions: The solution should be stored upon receipt at 2~8ºC . The product is stable for 12 months.
